3. Booking Deposits and Payments

Beauty-service appointments generally require a 50% non-refundable booking deposit to secure the appointment.

Deposits are collected through our website using Wix Payments. Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.

The remaining balance is payable according to the terms disclosed during booking and in our Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Certain services may have additional charges, including mobile travel fees, approved service upgrades, parking, or other disclosed expenses.

Any additional charges will be communicated in accordance with the applicable service description, booking agreement, and law.

By submitting payment, you authorize the transaction for the amount disclosed at checkout.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling, Late Arrivals, and No-Shows

All appointment cancellations, rescheduling requests, late arrivals, and no-shows are governed by our separate Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy.

The 50% non-refundable booking deposit.
The applicable 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling requirements.
Eligibility and limitations for transferring deposits to rescheduled appointments.

5. Mobile Beauty Services

Certain makeup services may be available at a client's designated location.

Mobile appointments are subject to service-area availability, travel requirements, access to the location, and applicable fees disclosed before booking.

Clients are responsible for providing an accurate service address and a reasonably safe, accessible, and suitable environment for the appointment.

Parking, valet, or other location-related expenses may apply when disclosed under the applicable booking terms.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a mobile appointment if conditions present a material safety concern or prevent the service from being performed appropriately.

6. Client Health, Safety, and Consent

Certain beauty treatments may require consultation, health screening, disclosure of relevant contraindications, or completion of a client consent form before services can be performed.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information relevant to the safety and suitability of their requested treatment.

All sales of Finesse Appeal Skin personal-care products are final.

Due to the personal-use nature of our soaps, body butters, body dusting powders, and gift sets, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, fragrance preferences, or products that have been opened or used.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact hello@sassycreationsstudio.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when available.

Sassy Creations Studio, LLC will review the concern and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

At this time, online retail orders are shipped only to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.

We do not currently offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
