At Sassy Creations Studio, we are committed to providing a personalized, professional, and exceptional beauty experience. To ensure appointment availability, respect for reserved service times, and a seamless experience for every client, we have established the following booking, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies.

​

We kindly ask all clients to review these policies before scheduling an appointment.

​

1. Appointment Reservations & Deposits

All appointments require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

• The deposit secures your reserved appointment date and time.

• The deposit is applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service.

• The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise specified.

• All deposits are subject to the cancellation and rescheduling terms outlined below.

By completing a reservation, clients acknowledge the deposit requirements and agree to the applicable booking terms.

​

2. Appointment Cancellations

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise and schedules sometimes change.

​

Cancellations With At Least 24 Hours' Notice

​

Clients may cancel an appointment at least 24 hours before its scheduled start time without incurring additional cancellation charges.

​

The original 50% deposit remains non-refundable.

​

Cancellations With Less Than 24 Hours' Notice

​

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before their scheduled start time are subject to a cancellation charge equal to 100% of the scheduled service price, inclusive of the original deposit.

​

Any additional charge will not exceed the unpaid portion of the scheduled service price and is subject to applicable law and the client's payment authorization.

​

3. No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without providing notice will be considered a no-show.

​

No-shows are subject to a charge totaling 100% of the scheduled service price, inclusive of the original deposit, subject to applicable law and payment authorization.

​

Repeated no-shows may result in future appointment restrictions or full prepayment requirements.

​

4. Appointment Rescheduling

We understand that flexibility is sometimes necessary and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling changes.

​

• Clients requesting to reschedule at least 24 hours before their appointment may transfer their original 50% deposit to the new appointment.

• A maximum of two rescheduling requests is permitted under the same original booking.

• Upon a third rescheduling request, the original booking will be canceled, the original deposit will remain non-refundable, and any new appointment will require payment in full at the time of booking.

• Rescheduling requests received less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be treated as late cancellations and subject to the applicable cancellation charges.

Rescheduling limits apply only to the individual original appointment booking, not to a client's overall appointment history.

​

All rescheduling requests are subject to appointment availability.

​

5. Cancellations by Sassy Creations Studio

In the unlikely event that Sassy Creations Studio must cancel a scheduled appointment, clients will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

​

Clients will be offered either:

​

• A full refund of all payments collected for the canceled service, including the original deposit; or

• The option to transfer payments toward a mutually agreed-upon rescheduled appointment.

​

Clients will not incur cancellation penalties for appointments canceled by Sassy Creations Studio.

​

6. Refunds for Completed Services

Due to the personalized nature of professional makeup artistry, eyebrow waxing, facial waxing, and body waxing services, completed services are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

​

Client satisfaction remains important to us. If you have concerns regarding a completed service, please contact Sassy Creations Studio promptly so that we may review the circumstances and determine an appropriate resolution.

​

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.

​

7. Payment Authorization & Policy Acknowledgment

Before completing an online booking, clients will be provided access to the Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy and asked to affirmatively acknowledge its terms.

​

Clients will be informed of:

​

• The required 50% non-refundable deposit.

• The applicable 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling window.

• Potential charges for late cancellations and no-shows, totaling up to 100% of the scheduled service price, inclusive of deposits already paid.

• Applicable rescheduling restrictions and full-prepayment requirements.

​

Any future charge to a client's payment method must be supported by the applicable payment authorization and payment processor requirements.

​

Sassy Creations Studio will maintain available booking and payment records to document client acknowledgment and applicable authorizations.

​

8. Legal Notice & Consumer Rights

This policy is intended to establish transparent booking and payment expectations between Sassy Creations Studio, LLC, and its clients.

​

All deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund provisions are subject to applicable federal, Nevada, and local laws, including relevant contract and consumer protection requirements.

​

Cancellation charges are intended to address business losses associated with reserved appointment times, scheduling disruptions, and limited opportunities to accommodate replacement bookings, rather than to impose punitive penalties.

​

Nothing in this policy is intended to waive, restrict, or override consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

​

Sassy Creations Studio reserves the right to modify its policies as business needs evolve. Updated policies will apply prospectively. Changes will not alter the terms accepted for an existing reservation without the client's agreement.
